At many stages in a women’s life our hormones will affect our physical and emotional wellbeing. The aim of this workshop is to help you better understand your hormones and the impact they may have on your daily life.
Hand techniques will be demonstrated, and plenty of time will be dedicated to learning the hand points so you can practice on yourself or family & friends. This workshop is 75% practical & includes a booklet with theory & practical descriptions.

Foot & Hand Reflexology
Clinical Reflexology is a holistic, safe and non-invasive therapy which complements other modalities and orthodox medicine. Reflexology treats the whole person as opposed to the prevailing symptoms. Facial Reflexology
Facial reflexology includes all the benefits of foot reflexology, and more! its unique benefits include complexion looking younger with a radiant glow, as well as leaving the skin tighter, smoother and plumper over a series of treatments. Facial reflexology is considered a natural alternative to Botox. This treatment is not only deeply relaxing but can also help reduce stress, tension, anxiety as well as migraines, sinus problems, IBS, joint pain, fibromyalgia, insomnia, reduce menopausal issues, plus a deep sense of relaxation.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a 45-minute seated fully-clothed massage. It will help release stress and tension in the head, neck, shoulders and upper back. It can also reduce migraines and tension headaches, improve sleep, reduce stress and sinus issues and promote a deep sense of relaxation.
Treatments Available
- Foot or facial reflexology – initial appointment: $90 (15 min initial consultation + 60 min treatment)
- Foot or facial reflexology – subsequent appointment: $80 (60 min treatment)
- Combined hand & foot reflexology $110 (75 min treatment)
- Reflexology combined with Indian Head Massage: $120 (60 min reflexology + 30 min Indian Head Massage)
- Indian Head Massage: $70 (45 min treatment)

Indian Head Massage Workshop - Maylands

This one-day course will give you the skills to provide a 30 – 45 minute relaxing and de-stressing seated clothed massage, which will help relax, release stress and anxiety, relieve tension headaches and promotes better sleep. A Certificate of Attendance will be supplied.

Fertility & Pregnancy Workshop for Practitioners
Date TBC
This workshop will focus on techniques to be used on the feet & hands to help with fertility issues and create calm in the second and third trimester of Pregnancy.
Specific scenarios will also be explored to help with fertility issues and pregnancy The workshop will be predominantly practical techniques where you will be able to offer a 45- 60-minute treatment to clients. A booklet with theory and practical descriptions will be provided.
Its is for therapists who have previous experience in massage, reflexology or similar and wish to learn new techniques to complement their existing modalities.
